LIMA
The DHOSA Journey begins in Lima, the capital of Perú, known as the country's gastronomic and cultural hub, with its colonial past reflected in the Historic Centre.
What truly sets Lima apart is its cuisine, recognised as one of the best in the world. Here, you can savour authentic ceviche, causa limeña, and other traditional Peruvian dishes.

CUSCO
After exploring the city of Lima, the next stop is Cusco, the former capital of the Inca Empire. Situated at over 3,300 metres above sea level, you'll find that it is truly an open-air museum, where every cobbled street and stone wall tells the stories of a civilisation that left a lasting mark on South America.
In fact, Cusco is the gateway to one of the wonders of the world: Machu Picchu, where we will explore the largest Inca citadel on the continent.
