Detailed information about the experience is attached, along with refund policies and/or service conditions. Please read all terms and conditions carefully. If you have additional questions, please contact us and we will gladly assist you. A-Viajar SRL is not responsible and will not issue any refund for misunderstandings that arise before or during the experience.

Rates: Current 2025 rates – All rates are listed in US dollars (USD). Rates are subject to change without notice based on availability. Please check with your representative before confirming availability. Rates are per person based. Children’s rates apply to minors under 8 years of age traveling with two adults.

Programs are quoted using standard hotel room categories. Contact us for upgrades.
Each traveler is responsible for carrying the required documents for their trip, which must be valid (at least six months beyond the end date of the trip) and in good condition. These documents usually include a passport, or national ID for countries that accept it as a substitute, visas where required, and vaccination certificates if needed.

The travel document must match the one used to confirm the booking.
Hotel check-in/check-out times are set by each hotel. Generally, check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is before 12:00 PM. Late check-out may incur additional charges. Always ask the hotel or your guide for exact times.

Requests for double rooms (matrimonial or twin), triple rooms, extra beds, and cribs are subject to hotel confirmation.

Triple rooms in some destinations/hotels may consist of two double beds, requiring guests to share beds.

Tourists must behave respectfully toward people, the environment, cultural and natural heritage, and the diverse ethnic groups, beliefs, and customs of the places visited.

It is strictly prohibited to engage in behavior that compromises the safety and comfort of others, including drug and alcohol use. The use of escort services is not tolerated on the trip. The involvement of minors is illegal and penalized in Peru, Bolivia, and Brazil. A-Viajar SRL protects the rights of minors.
Itineraries:
The itineraries have been planned with great care, but for operational reasons, weather conditions, political factors, or other unforeseen events, the sequence of activities or the specified route may need to be changed. These cases are exceptional, and the passenger will be informed. The order of excursions may be altered to improve the traveler experience.
Services Not Included:
The passenger is responsible for all administrative processes such as: obtaining/updating passports, visas, travel insurance, excess baggage fees, beverages, laundry service, communication (calls, faxes, emails, etc.), national and international airport departure taxes, tips, or any other services and fees not specified in the itinerary.
Unused Services:
Some services may be interrupted or canceled due to weather conditions, force majeure (acts of nature, social unrest, strikes, etc.), or events beyond the control of hotels, airlines, other providers, or A-Viajar SRL. No refunds will be issued as a result of these interruptions or cancellations.
A-Viajar SRL will assist the passenger at all times, modify the itinerary to benefit them, and provide ongoing support.
Insurance:
We recommend that passengers obtain trip cancellation, repatriation, and international medical insurance to cover any incidents during the trip. We also recommend consulting your doctor about vaccines and any medical concerns for international travel.
Air Tickets:
100% payment is required for ticket issuance. Rates are subject to availability and only guaranteed upon purchase. Refunds, changes, and penalties depend on the airline’s policy. Tickets are non-refundable or non-endorsable in case of cancellation.
Train Tickets:
100% payment is required for ticket issuance. Rates are subject to availability and only guaranteed upon purchase. Refunds, changes, and penalties depend on the train company’s policy.
Baggage Responsibilities:
A-Viajar SRL recommends that all passengers travel with insurance that covers lost baggage. A-Viajar SRL is not responsible for:

Lost or delayed baggage on national or international flights, hand luggage, or personal belongings.

Items forgotten by passengers in hotels, vehicles, or visited places.

We recommend that travelers avoid placing valuable items in checked luggage during transfers and flights.
Reservation Policy:
All reservations must include the following passenger or group information:
a. Full name
b. Nationality
c. Passport or ID number
d. Date of birth
e. Gender
f. Dietary restrictions (allergies, intolerances, vegan, vegetarian, etc.), if any. Omissions related to medical or physical conditions are the passenger’s responsibility.
g. Airline booking code (if booked independently)
h. A valid passport is mandatory for entry into Peru, Bolivia, and Brazil. It must be valid for at least 6 months from entry date.
If the traveler is a foreign student, a valid student ID with a visible expiration date is required to apply for discounted admission to tourist sites. No other document will be accepted.
Group Size Definition:
INDIVIDUALS or FITs: Up to 10 passengers. For more, request a group quote.
Payment Policy:
A-Viajar SRL requires full payment 30 days before arrival for individuals / FITs, and 60 days before arrival for groups. Group deadlines may vary depending on hotel and provider policies.
Payment constitutes acceptance of these terms and those stated in the quotation or reservation confirmation.
Cancellations and Refunds:
Requests must be made in writing, including all related information. We will respond immediately after consulting service providers, indicating applicable cancellation fees. Requests are processed on business days.
Cancellation Fees:
Cancellation fees tend to increase closer to the arrival date. A-Viajar SRL will strive to keep these fees as low as possible.
Child Policy:
Discounts apply only to children under 8 years old for tourist site admissions. Hotel discounts depend on each provider’s policy.
Liability Clause:
A-Viajar SRL is not liable for injuries, death, loss, delay, inconvenience, or damage to personal property in connection with service provision due to force majeure such as illness, government restrictions, civil unrest, strikes, terrorism, food poisoning, mechanical failure of transport, or delays.
A-Viajar SRL is not responsible for errors or omissions by providers (hotels, transport) if booked by the client through a third party. Support will be provided within our capacity.
