Tourism Service Agreement (DHOSA)

CLAUSE ONE: OBJECT
Through this contract, A-Viajar SRL (hereinafter "THE OPERATOR") agrees to provide the PASSENGER with the tourism services described in the quotation approved by both parties. These include airfare, bus transportation, accommodations, breakfasts or snacks, excursions, and other services according to the provided itinerary.

CLAUSE TWO: ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
The PASSENGER declares that they are aware of and accept the terms and conditions of this contract, as well as any annexed documents such as quotations, itineraries, and service policies provided by THE OPERATOR.

CLAUSE THREE: RATES AND PAYMENTS
Rates are expressed in United States dollars (USD), per person, and are subject to availability. Full payment must be made: 30 days before the trip for individuals (up to 10 people), and 60 days before for groups, unless otherwise agreed. Payment constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

CLAUSE FOUR: TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION
It is the sole responsibility of the PASSENGER to possess valid passports and documents, as well as any required visas and vaccines. The passport must be valid for at least six (6) months after the date of entry into the destination country.

CLAUSE FIVE: ITINERARY CHANGES
THE OPERATOR reserves the right to modify the itinerary for operational, weather-related, political, or other reasons. Any such changes will be promptly communicated to the PASSENGER.

CLAUSE SIX: SERVICES NOT INCLUDED
Not included are: visas, insurance, tips, departure taxes, excess baggage fees, meals or services not specified in the original quotation.

CLAUSE SEVEN: CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds will be subject to provider penalties and evaluated based on how far in advance the cancellation is made.

CLAUSE EIGHT: RESPONSIBILITIES
THE OPERATOR is not responsible for losses, accidents, delays, or inconveniences resulting from force majeure or events beyond its control, including governmental actions, strikes, natural disasters, etc.

CLAUSE NINE: DIGITAL SIGNATURE AND REMOTE ACCEPTANCE
Given that the PASSENGER is located outside of Bolivian territory, this contract may be accepted by digital signature or written response via electronic means (email, electronic signature, or acceptance through a web platform). This acceptance shall have full legal validity between the parties in accordance with current e-commerce regulations.

CLAUSE TEN: FINAL PROVISIONS
This contract constitutes the complete agreement between the parties. Any modifications must be made in writing. For all legal purposes, both parties establish their legal domicile in the city of Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia.
